1. General
Please read this carefully. By accessing the EAPB web site at www.eapb.org
(the "Web Site"), the Forum Site at forum.eapb.org (the "Forum Site"), the Congress Site at congress.eapb.org (the "Congress Site") you are agreeing to the terms that appear below, whether or
not you register as a user (Forum Site). Both the Web Site, Forum Site and Congress Site are collectively referred to in these terms as "the Site".
If you have any questions, please contact info@eapb.org
As a user, you will be able to access material on most areas of the Site
without going through the registration process or without membership.
Certain areas of the Site are only open to you if you a EAPB member.
2. Conclusion of the contract and Rescission ("Congress Site")
The orderer is allowed to resign within the first 14 days without any charge by eMail, post or fax.
After it, the cancellation fee is then 100 Euro prior to 1 February 2004, 200 Euro prior to 1 March 2004.
Send us your code number / customer number and email, thats enough.
If you like to cancel only a part of your booking, send an email: webmaster@congress.eapb.org
Don’t forget your code / customer number.
3. Delivery ("Congress Site")
If there are no other arrangements, deliveries will be made by eMail.
You will get a code / customer number for the congress.
4. Payments ("Congress Site")
Payments must be made as agreed. In case payment is delayed, we have the right to charge interest at the rate which the bank charges us for current credit accounts, but at least at a rate of five points above the respective basic rate of interest p.a. charged by the European Central Bank.
5. Use of EAPB Content and linking to the Site
(Copyright)
You may retrieve and display content on a computer screen, PDA, or other
portable electronic device, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy
them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any
server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal,
non-commercial use.
Except as expressly set out above, no part of the Site or any material
appearing on the Site may be reproduced, stored, modified, archived or
in any way commercially exploit or transmitted on any other Web site without
written permission of EAPB.
If you would like to link to the Site, please read and comply with the

The Site includes bulletin boards (forum.eapb.org) and other public areas
that allow feedback to EAPB and interaction between users and EAPB members.
While EAPB does not control the information/materials posted to Forums
by users (the "Messages"), it reserves the right (which it may
exercise at its sole discretion without notice) to delete, move or edit
the Messages and to terminate your access to and use of the Forum.
EAPB cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Messages.
You are solely responsible for the content of your Messages. You must
comply with any rules posted by EAPB on a Forum. You may not:
