Science to Market 2010

Posttranslational Modifications of therapeutic Proteins and Implications for Development

As a platform for European scientific research and biopharmaceutical industry the European Association of Pharma Biotechnology (EAPB) organized the third 'Science to Market' conference which took place at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna, Austria, on February 24 - 25, 2010.

The goal of this European event was the promotion of collaborations between science and industry in the sector of pharmaceutical biotechnology to enhance the economical output of scientific research and direct them into marketable technologies and biopharmaceutical products. The two days conference was dedicated to innovative biopharmaceutical drug and diagnostic developments and novel technologies for the development and production of those products. The third S2M had the focus on "Posttranslational Modifications of Proteins".

EAPB's partnering institution for this conference was the Vienna Institute of Biotechnology (VIBT).
